Singapore day two

It was an early start this morning. We were at the airport by 6.20am, in the air by 9.30am. Our flight seemed long but was uneventful. We all caught up on some movie watching. Mitchell was in heaven as he has been technology deprived.

Caught a taxi to our hotel. It is definitely something for every ones bucket list. We checked out our room. We have a room that over looks Garden Bay and the ferris wheel. Looks great by day but even better at night.

Looked at some of the shops and had some steamed buns then set off for garden bay. I felt like I was in the Avatar movie. The bromeliad towers look surreal! We walked the suspension bridge - I was a bit nervous with the movement and the height but eventually relaxed. Phenomenal view of our hotel. The light show at garden bay is worth watching.

Made our way back to the hotel for a quick dip in the pool. It must be the best view from any pool in the world. Amazing!!!!!!

  2. Glad the flight was uneventful and that your hotel is totally amazeballs!!! The bromeliad towers are just gorgeous! I don't think you'd find me getting anywhere near the edge of that pool, even though the view is stunning! Have fun, I wish I was there! Xx

  3. Ed and I have had a few champagnes and a Singapore Sling. Pool is not scary at all. Some of the escalators are very steep. They cause me more grief. Lots of love Kyliexoxoxo

  4. Mum ed rushed me out of airport so i did not have a chance to buy a card. Tried today and they wanted our passport and they were sold out near the hotel. Not very successful.
